Gentle
Rooted Flow
Slow movement, mobility, and breath. A steady opening of the body.
I'm Filipa. I teach soft, grounding yoga in Poblenou for people who want to move better, breathe deeper, and feel more at home in themselves.
A practice, not a performance
My classes are calm, personal, and easy to enter. We move slowly, breathe deeply, and build strength without forcing the body. No perfect shapes. No rushing. Just space to listen, reset, and build a practice that feels like yours.
Three ways in
Every class is small and adapted to who shows up. Come once, come weekly — no two sessions feel the same.

Gentle
Slow movement, mobility, and breath. A steady opening of the body.

Strength
Strength, posture, and balance built without tension or force.

Restore
Restorative yoga and breathwork for the softer, slower days.
Trained with care
Completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in March 2026 — a Yoga Alliance approved program. The month there shaped how I teach: slower, more curious, more in love with the breath. The work draws on Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, meditation, anatomy and philosophy.
Small shifts
Build strength without rushing the body.
Use breath to soften and steady.
Carve a small clearing in your day.
Practice in a small, human setting.
Hi, I'm Filipa
I'm Portuguese and I've lived in Poblenou for two years. My day-to-day life is corporate, and outside work I'm a yogi. Yoga is how I take care of myself — and it's one of the ways I most enjoy connecting with people.
I've fallen in love with Poblenou: its rhythm, its mix, and the way people here care about how they live. I'd love to grow a small community around that same feeling.

From the mat
A few voices from the mat — friends, neighbours, students who started showing up and never quite stopped. Nothing rehearsed.
Found Pipa through a friend, and kept coming back because — I don't know how to put it — there's something in how she teaches that makes you feel watched over without being watched. We're both Portuguese, both new-ish to Poblenou, and Wednesday mornings with her are the only thing in my week I never reschedule.
What I love about Pipa is how little she asks of you. No corrections shouted across the room, no perfect poses — just a quiet "try this, see how it feels." I leave most Deep Resets a little less afraid of the week ahead. Honestly, that's more than I'd hoped for from a yoga class.
My back was a mess from too many hours at a desk. Pipa didn't promise to fix it — she just kept asking where I felt held, and where I didn't. Six months later it isn't a mess anymore. She's also one of the warmest people I've met in Barcelona, which I honestly didn't expect from a yoga teacher.
Before her class I'd never really paid attention to my breath. Now I catch myself doing pranayama at red lights, in meetings, on the harder days. Pipa teaches like she's letting you in on a small secret. I always leave wanting to call my mother.
I came in expecting structure — the German in me wanted alignment cues and a clear plan. Pipa gives you that, but she also gives you permission to do less. She manages to be both exacting and tender, which I'd never seen in a teacher before. Strong & Soft on Mondays has become non-negotiable.
Moved to Barcelona alone last year. Pipa's class is where I started having a Tuesday — somewhere to be, someone to greet. The yoga is excellent. Honestly though, I'd come just for the ten minutes of conversation after.
